My role includes leadership characteristics, able to communicate with members of senior management teams as well as floor personnel, providing clear and concise information and responding in an appropriate manner to take on responsibilities.
32 years Total working experience - experience within the Oil & Gas, Petro-chemical and Power generation plants on EPCM projects and Maintenance within Operating plants.
25 years- Total QA/QC experience of which:
10 years as a QA/QC Inspector and 15 years in a Quality Management position
20 years’ experience working with ISO systems.

Experienced in developing, implementing, training and managing a range of certified quality systems or ensure continuation.
Experienced in implementing quality improvements and encouraging culture change within an organisation.
An excellent working knowledge of continuous improvement methods, tools and problem-solving techniques, and able to provide guidance to others in their application.
