My experience working as a shop assistant has taught me patience with customers . It emphasised and pushed me to become resilient and adapt through the difficult situations and new environments . May it be working with the pressure of customers in busy hours , it grounded me to keep a level head and improved my sales skills .
Time as a waiter allowed me to improve many skills . Many skills includes exceptional personalised customer service, multitasking, attention to detail and patience . It gives me a unique opportunity to view the food and hospitality industry and i am able to recognise the importance of providing a pleasurable dining experience.
Learning amongst marketing officials was exciting . It clarified the importance of teamwork , creativity, network and negotiation skills and customer relationship management . Witnessing all of the above skills first hand , indicated to me the significance of presenting these abilities.
