I was appointed as a Business Analyst/Product Owner for the Cape Town Stadium project, where we were tasked with creating a new website for the stadium. My responsibilities included directly liaising with the client to understand their requirements and effectively communicating these to the development team. I was responsible for creating key project documentation, such as the Product Requirements Document (PRD) and training materials.

Additionally, I conducted thorough testing of the system to ensure alignment with the client’s vision.
