Adhir is an experienced management consultant, with a core technical competency. With over 18 years of experience, he has sound knowledge in leading large teams and management for complex implementations, upgrades and application maintenance projects using leading edge technologies within time, financial and qualitative parameters. He has experience across multiple industries including Energy & Resources, Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals and Telecommunications.

Adhir has been exposed to most aspects of business transformation projects from advisory with business process design to implementations culminating in scoping for support, of which he has a comprehensive understanding of the processes and governance required for service delivery in the operate environment including the transition from implementations.

• Project Management - On-site, offsite & offshore team coordination for Support and Project engagements with a team size > 20. Manage project delivery to align with project plan and manage resource capacity.

Lead incidents, changes, releases while leveraging the entire team’s subject matter expertise to deliver solutions. Identify, assess and manage delivery related risks, including the development of contingency plans.

• Service Delivery Management - Manage all aspects of the business relationship for a global teleco provider including: SLAs, incidents, changes, releases, change orders, and service level changes and extensions.
• Business Development – Lead and support on various business development opportunities including interlocks with other Deloitte non-SAP offerings. Crafting compelling responses to client requests for engagements requiring support.
• Pricing Lead for AMS– building of pricing models for all AMS engagements based on estimating required efforts ensuring the correct resource mix is utilised while maintaining the requisite margins.
• Advisory – Reviews of client current support delivery model and provide best practice inputs.
