About

I have over 20 years’ experience in the Telecoms Operations environment from Statistical Analysis, Data Collection, Logistics, Transformation, stakeholder relationships, Business performance understanding, Training and coaching, Business continuance improvement and Operational readiness from a Tier2 Project Management perspective. I have a constant thirst to learn, and I have the patience to listen and teach. I am an entrepreneur of which I have an extensive Customer service experience.

I am also a qualified teacher and lecturer and have extensive knowledge and experience in Training and coaching adult learners.

My extensive management training combined with strong stakeholder relationship collaboration will allow me to immediately add value to your team. With the recent completion of my dissertation for the MBA 2016, my current experience in research pertaining to the Telecoms turnaround strategy would enable me to add value to this position.
