In previous roles I was personally responsible for a number of key successes, including

• Sales consultant and casher (Foschini group) - selling off goods to customer and customer service , working on the tills (casher) and handling large amounts off cash with grate success .
• Mtn consultant (Foschini group) - selling off cell phones and sorting out customers problems regarding cell phones and customer service.
• Admin manager (Foschini group) - Managing up to 30 or more staff members and running the store , handling the banking off the store , and all store admin duties in house .
• Warranty clerk (vw mc carthy) – Handling vehicle claims from manufactory and warranty admin , handling warranty parts and sending it away
• Service adviser (vw mc carthy) – Link between customer and work shop, Handling customers vehicle and problems on vehicle with care. Getting it sorted out for customer.
• Costing clerk (land rover Constantia kloof) – Handling Invoicing for customer’s vehicle that was in for repairs, invoicing warranty and maintenance plans. (current)

Matric , 6 years experience in Retail ,18 years experience in motor industry (currently)
