Manage CEO diary and liaising with leadership team of 12 members
Manage CEO & leadership travel arrangements including visa application inaccordance with Novartis Policy
Submitted expenses for credit card; ordering new credit and fuel cards
Adhoc duties as and when required
Involved in leadership monthly meetings and business reviews with Global
Co-ordination of appointments, diary management and client engagements
Perform day-to-day duties in an ethical manner that involves maintainingabsolute confidentiality in all matters related to the CEO.
