I ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing answers, additional information, suggesting properties or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Good knowledge in Batho Pele Principles, Telephone Etiquette and Call Centre operating system.
I hold a Diploma in International Travel Management and a Cabin Crew License obtained at TPTT Academy in the year 2022.
