Support Worker – Elderly Heavens Homecare- June 2019- July 2022
· Assist clients with personal care, such as dressing, eating, toileting and washing
· Administering medication
· Encourage clients to participate in social and recreative activities
·Perform light housework tasks
· Assist clients with meal preparation
· Assist with collection of medication from the pharmacy °Observe,monitor,record clients physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to senior staff
· Assist in safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
