I bring in over 10 years' experience in a Client Service environment; I started with my current employer Mercedes-Benz South Africa in 2013 as a sales administrator. I joined the Daimler group of companies in 2008 with Daimler Fleet Management in a role of Administrator and then moved on to Client Life Cycle Manager/ Key Accounts Consultant. My recent role was with Renault South Africa as a Key Account Manager.
My responsibilities were but not limited to brining in new client base and managing existing customer base. Managing and training the dealer network.
