With a wealth of HR, Business Owner, Life Coach and project-based experience accumulated over a 29-year career span, I’m seeking opportunities within an environment where there is scope to design and implement effective HR strategy, policy and practice with a strong focus on the “people or employee experience”.
My work experience over the last 14 years have seen me work at CHRO level in BPO’s, Executive Consultant work from full spectrum HR projects (Recruitment, ETD, Performance Management, Coaching, Leadership, Facilitation and design of HR Practices etc.) to Facilitation of skills programs for learnerships and internships.
I’m seeking an environment where collaboration and mentorship is welcomed and HR play’s an integral role in the success of business initiatives.
I am extremely passionate about coaching and mentorship and believe that the role of HR is ever changing to create value, impact and collaboration between all role-players.
