I am Anita Beja who is a fast learner, a people’s person , i like it when i can solve people’s problems, i offer a good customer service as i have been working with customers for a quitelong time at the airport3-5 years. I know how it take to fulfil customers dreams

I worked as a check in agent at Swissport at cape Town international Airport for 3-4 yearssince 2019 till 2022, working at Domestic and international side it was a good experience dealing with different people from different regions you get to learn lot of things and how well it is to learn their culture through out, also used to be a service desk agent for international where you call for reservations and rebooking of passengers. I am now a load controller at GLC for international flights dealing with balance and weight , where i started in September 2022

I went to Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where I passed my diploma in 2020 then my Advanced Diploma in Tourism management in 2021.
