• Providing general strategic and legal advice, including specialized opinions to clients;

• Attending to general employment, recruitment and selection issues and providing specialist advice on labour practices and wage negotiations;
• Assisting and advising Human Resources Managers and Directors in all functions;

• Drafting collective agreements including consolidated collective agreements;
• Providing advice to, and various engagement, with various bargaining councils;
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and Sectoral Determinations, including, providing advice in respect of changes and developments in regard to the protection of personal information;
• Assisting with Skills Development, including, drafting submissions to BUSA on behalf of various retailors in respect of Seta Grant Regulations etc;
