I'm an experienced Voice and network engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. My experience includes day-to-day VoIP and network service maintenance and troubleshooting of customer-premise equipment. I also have experience working on legacy VoIP gateways and cloud PBX. I have in-depth experience in preparing, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting handset (Yealink, Snom, and Polycom) equipment, ADSL, and LTE modems.
I also understand the following Technologies: Routing and switching – LAN, WAN, VLANs, Layer 2 and 3.
