I would describe myself as someone who is highly curious and focussed on learning in all parts of my life.

2014 I completed matric. Went on to study Health & Skincare- not complete due to finances and in 2018 I study Oral Health until 2020 when covid happened: Decided to follow my other passion which is Real Estate- Started at Quay 1 as a Relationship Manager/Prospector and became a Real Estate Intern at Lionlead Real Estate and recently worked as a Property Administrator/Rental Assistant at Live Real Estate.
While I have been in Real Estate for over a year I have gained experience in Administrative tasks, organizational skills (handling multiple projects at once) and communication skills, both in person and telephonically. And industry knowledge: basic processes involving buying, selling, leasing properties, valuations, conducting viewing etc. And just overall providing excellent customer service. Handling client enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Maintain and update lease agreements and contracts. ● Ensure tenants adhere to lease terms and conditions. ● Manage lease renewals, negotiations, and terminations. ● Collect and record rent payments from tenants. ● Handle late payments and enforce penalties as per lease agreements. Handling maintenance enquiries. Listing properties
Using systems: PropCntrl, MDA, Prop Data, Payrop, VA, CMA etc.
