Like an artist, I view a company's processes as a blank canvas, selecting LEAN & Agile methods to create innovative solutions. With extensive experience in LEAN projects and coaching, I focus on key strategic areas for improvement.

Currently, I am the Process Planner for Body Shop, handling process planning, improvement, & project engineering. My transition into Agile and digitalization includes courses in Agile projects, SQL, Access, and, most recently, a Professional Data Science course through DHL. This latest achievement has enhanced my ability to automate real-time process information, extract KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

By connecting databases and creating streamlined applications, I reveal insights previously unseen. My primary goal is to streamline processes and reduce costs, particularly within South African industries, through automation and digitization. My self-driven nature propels me to continuously evolve and achieve goals.
