My transition into Agile and digitalization includes courses in Agile projects, SQL, Access, and, most recently, a Professional Data Science course through DHL. This latest achievement has enhanced my ability to automate real-time process information, extract KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

My primary goal is to streamline processes and reduce costs, particularly within South African industries, through automation and digitization.
