Lead the development and execution of OHS, Risk Management and Sustainability strategies across engineering operations. Embed a strong risk culture within Bidvest FM and on the Absa Contract, by aligning practices with governance and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic guidance on contractor management and process safety.
Ensure robust business continuity frameworks and risk mitigation plans are in place. Drive continuous improvements in compliance performance, risk reporting and control environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, practical and sustainable risk solutions.
