Worked as a Professional Nurse working with HIV, TB and STI programme, offering other services as well, from 2005 to 2013 in government. From April 2013 started working in NGO at TA level, I worked as a Nurse Mentor, Nurse Mentor Team Leader, Clinical Coordinator, Quality Improvement Coordinator and District Coordinator, mainly focusing on the integrated HAST programme. Worked with different stakeholders, managed quite a number of staff.
Responsible for the planning and implementation of the programme, programme monitoring and evaluation, Quality Improvement, data management, writing reports monthly, quarterly and annually, staff and programme performance management.
