 Trouble shooting and resolving issues with network cabling, copper and fibre.

 Inspecting and testing copper and fibre optic lines to ensure they adhere to industry standards

 Assist in the setup and configuration of network devices, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

 Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving network-related problems.

 Document and maintain accurate records of network configurations, equipment inventory, and maintenance activities.

 Install and maintain network interface devices (NID) and Optical Network Terminals (ONT)

 Configuration of Optical Network Unit
