Hi there, I’m Aubrey Rammutla, a passionate IT Support Technician with a strong drive for solving technical problems and helping people get the most out of their technology. I take pride in providing efficient, reliable and user friendly solutions that keep systems running smoothly and users productive.

With hands on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, I’ve developed a well rounded skill set that covers both technical and customer service aspects of IT support. I believe that great IT support isn’t just about fixing problems it’s about communicating clearly, understanding user needs, and ensuring long-term system reliability.

I am an IT Support Technician and Microsoft 365 Administrator with hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. I manage and support Microsoft 365 services ensuring smooth collaboration and reliable connectivity across the organisation.

I am responsible for setting up and upgrading PCs, configuring new users and maintaining office equipment such as printers and routers. My experience covers system installations, maintenance and upgrades, as well as end-user training and remote assistance.

Through handling daily IT operations, I have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills from configuring workstations and managing peripherals to optimising network performance and ensuring data security. I take pride in maintaining efficient, stable systems and helping users understand the technology they depend on.

I’m also focused on professional growth, continuously learning about emerging tools, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud-based technologies to stay up to date in the fast-evolving IT environment.

I am currently studying a Higher Certificate in Cybersecurity at Eduvos, where I am developing a strong foundation in information security, network protection and threat prevention. This programme is enhancing my understanding of modern cybersecurity practices and preparing me for more advanced studies.

Next year, I plan to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Security and Networking to deepen my technical expertise in network infrastructure, system defence, and secure IT environments
