• Organize, sort and collate unprocessed data capturing documentation for processing
• Printout the relevant data collection tools monthly from DHIS and give to the Supervisor
• Capture data on applicable database e.g. latest (DHIS and Tier.net) version
• Validate captured data before submitting to the next level
• Printout reports (raw data, outstanding, validation and indicator reports) from DHIS and Tier.net and give it to the supervisor
