Monthly Store Evaluations
Follow Ups on Store Evaluations Identify in-store training needs and implement on-the-job training interventions and coaching.
Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within region.
Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns.
Train new staff and Management as per Franchise Standards Training
