Duties
- Full bookkeeping function to Trail Balance.

- Arranging of auctions – Composition of adverts (display boards, newspapers, emails and website). Preparation of sales contracts. Liaison with Executors of Deceased Estates for the sale of fixed and movable assets.
- Occasionally attending auctions, handling of administration and receiving of moneys.
- Typing of fixed asset and movable assets valuations for Deceased Estates.
- Administrative duties i.e. opening auction files, filing, typing of all letters and e-mails, obtaining property deed reports, vehicle information reports, etc.

Salary: R16,140.00/m (+ Pension, Cell phone)
Duties
- Full Financial Manager function for Sell-Mar Installations (Pty) Ltd and Seller Properties.
- Full bookkeeping functions.
- Bank reconciliation’s (4 Bank Accounts).
- Electronic bank transfers. (Salaries, Wages, Creditors payments, etc.)
- Cheque payments.
- Cashbook
- Head of Debtors division. Personally responsible for the invoicing and collection due to the intricate requirements needed to comply with JBCC tender procedures for building construction. Turnover of approximately R35 million per year.
- Head of Creditors division. See to the correct capturing of invoices by the Creditors Clerk and creditors reconciliations.
- Head of Wages and Salaries division. (Spectrum Payroll – ±80 employees) Monthly Salaries and all year end procedures on wages and salaries i.e. closing of year end, IRP5’s, Workman’s Compensation reports, Employment Equity reports, etc.
- Monthly SARS VAT Returns.
- Monthly SARS P.A.Y.E. Return.
- Own typing of all letters and e-mails.
- Other administrative duties i.e. filing.
- Personnel management of four persons. Receptionist, Wages clerk, Creditors clerk and Tea lady/Filing clerk.
- Insurance claims.
- Petty Cash.
- Prepare all documents for yearly Audits for Sell-Mar Installations (Pty) Ltd and Seller Properties (Pty) Ltd.
- Admin required for the running of the company’s fleet. Licensing, payment and allocation of fines, etc.
