• Sending of copy invoices

• Journals – Debtors, Cash Sale General Ledger
• Following up on Acknowledgment of debts
• Following up on accounts queries, and sorting them out

• Send letter to the Customer along with the terms and conditions, once account has been approved
• Filing of all documents
• Sending of Cash sales to necessary departments
• Help to Collect outstanding amounts on the cash sales
