• Coordinate the training calendar for the PQA department
• Assessing and registration of assessor, moderator and learnerships applications
• Compile checklist for the applications
• Register all successful application 
• Quality assure all the learners documents in the PQA department
• Assist with site visit for accredited provider and Fasset employers 
• First assessor for provider accreditation application
• Monitoring & evaluation of all training targets to be met
• Assessing of Mandatory and discretionary grant applications 
• Follow up on completions of learnerships/full qualifications and skills programme
• Ensure all proof of completions are received from providers/Professional bodies
• Issue certification for all programmes
• Issue certificates for assessors and moderators & Training providers 
• Verification of data on the system
