Administrating all Orders (+/- 500 – 800 orders p/m) - loading & processing of orders.

Procurement, following up with Suppliers on Outstanding orders / shipments

Attending to customer queries and complaints.

Managing Customer emails, directing communications between company segments

Monthly Sales Reports (4 regions / branches)
