I’m thrilled about the opportunity to apply for the IT technical position , I have always had a problem solving skill, and a passion for IT support where I can use my skill set to help users and learn about new applications, hardware and environments. And my biggest reward every day is helping solving my clients/users issue so that they can do their jobs effectively and that is a big motivation for me as well during my previous employment at Maitland Group LTD where I worked for more than 4 years as a desktop support technician for more than 1000 users. My day to day duties did include normal A+ and n+ which include making sure user are connected to the network and apps are connected and that their pc/ notebooks is in working order for them to do their jobs effectively, making sure that the network on each pc / notebook are up and running I worked on an application called citrix receiver that was a big deal for the company as to all their apps are on the app, working with HR.net. over the course of 4 years with the company I got high ratings from users and the management where I received an award for living the company’s values. I graduated from IT business campus in 2008 with a Networking Specialist diploma and did a windows 10 advance course as well.
after maitland i started to work for a company called Glacier by maitland where i held a position for desktop support and due to covid-19 my contract ended as well thank you in advance regards john dixon
