Have alot of medical industry experience , worked for a Medical aid were I obtained various skills and attributes that are well aligned to the medical industry. Worked for a nursing agency which I also have experience with the hospital operations and their systems . My experience is amounted to 7 years I have worked with clients telephonic and face to face.
I have call centre experience ,worked as a receptionist and handles the switchboard. I have excellent interpersonal skills, combination skills and have a massive ability for attention to detail and typing skills.
Systems knowledge (Bit sytem, medware, truware system, CRM system.)
I have matric and call centre qualification I have also done short causes which I completed whilst working.
