I worked as a Junior Chef at The Industry Bar and Eatery in Sea point. I made pizzas, grilled burgers and steaks. I was in charge of making breakfast.. the farm house and croissants with scrambled eggs. I worked there for 10 months. Then I was employed as part of Kitchen Staff at the Fynkos tearoom on kirstenboach. I was in charge of making shashukas, omelettes, pickled fish and vegetable soup. I fried hake fish and onion rings for certain dishes.
I took on Consumer studies in high school then after high school, I studied Hospitality and Catering at Northlink college.
