- Selling structural steel telephonically
- Attend to all inbound and outbound calls
- Raising quotations on SAP & process orders

- Educating customers and advising them on our products for the correct application
- Liaising with the accounts departments regarding customers' accounts on hold or over-due
- Compiling daily reports on no-stock products, lost sales, back orders
