Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher with 17 years' experience supporting children, young people and families through early help, schools, community services and social work. Passionate about improving access to yoga and wellbeing for every child regardless of background, financial circumstances or additional needs. Teaching blends storytelling, movement, mindfulness, music, creativity and play with age-appropriate yoga philosophy and practical wellbeing skills that children can use at school, at home and in everyday life.

Studio Lead & Community Engagement Lead at Social Yoga (2025-04 – Present)

Founded and lead an independent community yoga studio built around inclusion, accessibility and community.

• Created the weekly Upside Down Yoga Club for children aged 5–11 using storytelling, yoga games, sequencing, crafts, music, singing, instruments, props, mindfulness, breathing, simple mantras and playful inversions.
• Adapt all sessions for neurodivergent children and children with additional needs to ensure every child can participate confidently.
• Designed and delivered a successful Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme combining yoga, wellbeing, arts and crafts, outdoor play, local trips and healthy food.
• Developed a family wellbeing programme including family yoga, prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, baby massage and baby music.
• Co-curated and taught Family Yoga at Latitude Festival, delivering inclusive sessions for children and parents through movement, storytelling, music, mindfulness and play.
• Built partnerships with schools, parents and community organisations to widen access to yoga regardless of financial circumstances.
