• Carefully remove components (interior, exterior, mechanical and electrical) according to manufacturer's specifications
• Label and safely store all stripped parts for reassembling or replacement
• Disconnect batteries, fuel lines and other sensitive components to avoid hazard
• Identify damaged or worn out parts needing repair or replacements
• Follow stripping procedures specific to brand procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all parts removed
• Ensure safe handling of airbags, sensors and electronic units (especially for brands like mini cooper and Hyundai)
• Reassemble stripped vehicle using the correct parts and tools as per brand specific assemble manual
• Align body panels, doors, bumpers and trim to meet factory standard for brands such all types of cars
• Install mechanical component's (engine parts, brake system, suspension etc.) ensuring precision and safety
• Connect all electrical systems including lights, infotainment, ECUs (especially crucial for Mercedes Benz and BMW models)
• Conduct quality checks to verify alignment, fitment and functionality of reassembled components
