• Deliver end-to-end analysis and solution design for large-scale digital transformation systems for the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, TEDAŞ and other enterprise clients, from requirements to UAT, in Agile, sprint-based delivery with development squads.
• Define integrations with external systems (TAKPAS/TKGM, e-Invoice, payment services, document management): data mapping rules, service dependencies and cross-agency data flows; validate REST and SOAP services with Postman and Swagger.
• Prepare solution design specifications and technical documentation, and write developer-ready GitLab issues structured so they can be passed directly to AI coding assistants.
• Model payment and financial processes (advance management, account balances, balance movements): business rules, update and control scenarios, integration tests and UAT.
• Co-designed the module map and integration scope of a joint EDAŞ maintenance product with a partner software company, combining a microservice-based platform with our field operations module; designed and ran the cross-company workshop.
• Triage client defect and change-request lists across modules, align fixes with the development team and track client retests.
