Paledi holds qualifications in Industrial Engineering, lean six sigma green belt, Business Analysis and Business Management, complemented by a National Certificate in Banking Advice Services, achieved with distinction. My professional development reflects strong analytical capability and a deep understanding of corporate and financial environments.Throughout my 14 years Business Analysis career, i have contributed to reputable organisations such as Africanbank, MMI, Discovery, Thungela, Nedbank (Cheche Consulting), Falcorp Technologies, and the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund, consistently demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology. My experience includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve operational performance, reduce inefficiencies, enhance reporting capabilities, and strengthen system alignment with business strategy.
Paledi holds qualifications in Industrial Engineering from UJ, lean six sigma green belt from 2ko, Business Analysis and Business Management from FTI, complemented by a National Certificate in Banking Advice Services from Milpark Business School, achieved with distinction. I am also currently doing my second year in Bsc information and Technology Management through Mancosa.
