• Loaded pension cases on PENSION CASE MANAGEMENT (PCM)
• Doing appointments for new employees
• Doing GEPF cases
• Doing housing allowances
• Grievance cases and attended investigations in different institutions
• Capturing grievances on PERSAL
• Participated in PMDS matters, filling and verification of Notches on PERSAL.
