Skills

I am passionate about teaching according to each of my students needs and teaching to the whole child. I believe that it is imperative for students to have both a disciplinary and nurturing environment in which to learn. which is why I would describe my classroom management style as more authoritative.

I want my students to be active participants therefore I include project-based tasks that encourage peer collaboration in my lesson plans.

I involve my students in the rule-making process to create a safe and productive learning environment. At the beginning of the school year my students and I create a Rules Poster and hang it on the wall.
