I hold a bachelor of administration and a Higher Certificate Human Resources Management. I am a Human Capital Generalist with over 5 years’ experience in talent and performance management, learning and development, shared service help desk, employee relations, payroll administration and talent acquisition support. My core responsibilities include but are not limited to processing applications, stakeholder engagement, scheduling of team’s training sessions, assisting the rest of HC Enablement with documents for audit, manage, respond, and assist with queries sent to the recruitment mailbox, resolution of internal and external queries (Human Capital Helpdesk), booking and scheduling candidates for interviews, conducting interviews with hiring team, dealing with employee relations issues.
