I'm a self taught pastry chef started in the industry as an waitress two years ago,saved my tips and did a chef course started in the kitchen little over a year ago and pushed myself into pastry ,I would love to work with people who love to teach and learn and who's.passionate ,I have a colourful personality
Before becoming a pastry chef a was self employed selling cakes from home ,got my first job as a plastic packer then moved to a ShopRite warehouse where I was packing ready made food ,the packaged desserts got my attention and I told myself oneday I'll have my name.on those packages ,I later got a job as a personal shopper and my passion became more broader ,someone recommended me at a newly established hotel and I got a job as a barista later a waitress the kitchen got my attention and I told myself it's now.or never I saved some tips and did a chefs course ,go prompted to chef and worked the egg station I later got moved to room service and from there I worked the cold section after that I got promoted to pastry chef ,I was so creative that my name.got put on the menu,I would love to grow as a chef and become a great leader.
Professional chefs diploma ,in hygiene work ethic ,kitchen safety ,handling of food and kitchen utensils.
