Hi I am currently 31 years old, Living in Pretoria.
For the past 9years i have been a system administrator at a medical aid company, working from claim sending, invoicing, guarantor statements, from preparing for financial year end to doing yearly medical aid price increases.
I have a very high passion for the medical aid industry as it is very interesting and you learn a lot each day.
I have been working in the medical industry for the past 9 years.
I have done everything from sending claims to mediswitch and controlling claims feedback.
Invoicing patients and sending out SMSs and guarantor statements. I also did the debtors financial year end and the medical aid price increases. I also handled the system dictionary updates on a daily basic to ensure proper function.
