With a passion for aftersales and parts industry, I live for the challenge of being in a “man's ” world.
● Sourcing and Ordering of parts (local and Spain)
● Reporting to client with SLA agreements with regards to job cards for work completed on site. Quote for additional work if necessary.
● Obtain client database and call on clients who have purchased equipment from us without
SLA, or parts in a while to try to get more business.
● Liaising with Spain for pricing of parts and availability for quote/enquiries/tenders
● Receive and dispatch stock
● Stock Management
● Updating of parts pricing especially fast-moving items (eg.
● Monitoring/Manage SLAs
● Tender pricing & submissions
● Administration with regards to Job cards, PDi sheets
● Delivery notes for units leaving/arriving/sales.
● Service admin template update
● Responsible for WearCheck (Oil Samples including reports)
● Follow up on PO and payments for After Sales quotes done
● Obtaining quotes and ordering of all items required by service team
● Vendor Applications and Credit applications with clients and suppliers
● Service tech scheduling & 24Hrs breakdown/callout allocations
● Daily/Weekly tech scheduling
I have a matric certification and diploma in IT
