I have been working in IT for years. I am a full-time employee and i am over excited to start a fresh in 2024. I am currently working as a Tier 1 Support analyst; I started working in Technology and remote support since 2018. I am confident. My strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and diverse expertise will enable me to streamline procedures and support growth for the organization.
Some background information im currently getting my diploma in Accounting alongside working in aT Computacenter. I have experience in this field that's prepared me to be a very productive individual naturally. My previous managers have relied upon my ability to quickly identify issues and errors and swiftly implement effective solutions.
I am an analytical thinker, with the grit and tenacity to accomplish complex assignments under tight deadlines. My tireless work ethic and proven business acumen allow me to leverage a comprehensive understanding of company operations to establish effective organizational processes and enhance efficiency.
