Appointed to lead the strategic transformation of the former Kathstan College into a leading mainstream independent IEB institution under the Pinnacle College brand. Responsible for the executive leadership and operational management of the Pre-Primary, Primary School, and High School divisions.

• Provide executive oversight of all academic, operational, staffing, cultural, sporting, and strategic functions across the school
• Lead the implementation and development of the IEB academic model and assessment standards
