I am a self-starter who needs no supervision to achieve results, and successes. I will hit the ground running, as I am avail immediately to provide service where ever I can be utilized. I have many years of service in the Site Support Specialists role, for large National and International, providers and clients. I have worked from home for 3 years, therefore I have a full home office setup with multiple monitors, fast fibre internet, power backup system.

I have worn multiple hats for the client. Global Data Centre Compliance SME. In this role I was the go-to person for the Global Data Centre technicians, for education, information and advice on solutions related to Data Centre compliance, access control, security measure, infrastructure. I was responsible for remediation of client’s compliance reviews/audits. Included, reporting to the reviewer/auditor client’s leadership teams. Along with this was Site Service Specialist, providing end to end user support. Incl asset acquisition, asset management/security, deployment, and support entailed for the varied high-risk environments, Manufacturing plants, mining vessels, Financial institutions, and retail/field services and much more.

I provided regional customer support service to a various retail, financial, construction, offshore mining vessels, and varied clients. Incl and not limited to retail End points, Networks, IT infrastructure, regional office infrastructure and user support in call centres.
