- Respond to incoming IT-related calls and emails from Department of Health staff
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2016 applications
- Configure desktops and laptops for new and existing employees
- Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications
- Troubleshoot printer issues, application errors, and internet connectivity problems
