In HEI's I have been the Director Student Affairs at Monash South Africa. I have lectured and taught in the Faculty of Education at Wits. I have worked extensively at MSA and was on the original Board of Directors of the South African Community Engagement Forum.

I was involved in running a global teaching practicum at MSA.

I am on the Board of Directors the Kings Educational group.
