Which mainly focused on stock control and inventory management.
In 2021, I was employed by Lupo Bakery as Store Administrator, main focus was to Receive the stock GRV, Placing of Order PO, Transferring of stock to other branch IBT, Issuing of stock from the system (Sage evolution) to production,Monitoring the stock level, including the stock in the freezer,Ensuring food safety protocol are adhered to in the store room.
