I am an HR - Recruiter Manager who is passionate about Talent & Acquisition, my total Recruitment experience is +/- 10’ years.
The art of Talent Acquisition lays in understanding that the quality of talent attracted should never be compromised.
I believe that as a Recruiter Manager, I should inspire my team to exceed at all times, by offering training and support, and by getting involved at all stages of the Recruitment process.
To me, a Recruitment Department; should operate on a strategic approach that develops and nurtures a talent pipeline with a long-term view.
The department should carry an element of Talent Acquisition at all times; Instead of a linear process, Talent Acquisition is a cyclical/holistic approach that’s geared towards building relationships, by anticipating future hiring needs and creating a sustainable pool of candidates.
It’s a more strategic approach that develops and nurtures a talent pipeline with a long-term view.”
My total Recruitment experience is +/- 10’ years. My experience goes from Recruitment Agencies to Internal Recruitment: BPO, Finance, Logistics, Defence, and Aero Space Industry.
Currently busy with an HR Diploma.
