Hello everyone my name is Duduzile Mokansi, a young professional in the making and your organisation's most valuable prospective asset.
I pride myself in being "a people's person" yes, a bit of a cliché I know but it is true and I chose fields of study that reflect this. My qualifications in both psychology and labour relations management have led to me mastering interpersonal relations and as a result I possess great insight into the thinking patterns of others, thus allowing me to be proactive which I believe is an essential skill for any role in any organisation. This speaks directly to my ability to be universal, adaptable and thrive in any environment and/or role.
I spent the entirety of my university career involved in various community based projects and student leadership bodies, these experiences have provided me with great insight into myself and how I relate to others. These academic involvements have also nurtured and improved my ability to be teachable, objective and intuitive especially where professional matters are concerned. It is this exact level of clarity and understanding that is inherent to all roles within all organisations.
Why the focus on people and relationships? You ask yourself, because without people organisations do not exist. Like I said your organisation's most valuable asset.
I am ready, I am willing and I am able. Now over to you.
I mostly have volunteer experience as I am a recent graduate who is still building her professional career
I have a behavioural sciences degree in Psychology and Labour Relations Management from the North West University, I have an Honours degree in Psychology from Stellenbosch University. Currently I am undergoing a virtual assistant course with ALX academy
