I am Duduzile Mzila, I possess qualifications in Information Management whereby Records Management, Library Management and Knowledge Management play a bigger role. I worked for different companies coupled with 23 years oof expertise. I developed policies, procedures, file plan and implemented different records management systems. I also liaised with the National Archivist as a regulator for a file plan approval as well as the EDRMS system certification.
I studied Library Management through the University of the Westen Cape, a BTech in Knowledge Management and a Masters degree in Information and Knowledge Management including a certificate in e-Records Management.
