Machinery etc., fire extinguishers, fire Hydrants, Potable water Lab Testing SANS 241, Compressors, Fire Detection Systems, Fire Pump house, Back up Generators and Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler Service and maintained as per ASIB, HAVAC, Cooling Towers Service, Overhead Cranes Load Tests and service, All Specialized Lifting equipment Quarterly services and repairs OEM mana
- Review current delivery and procurement processes, revise where necessary
- Review and ensure Compliance of our obligations and responsibilities regarding the OSH ACT and Statutory requirements
- OSH ACT – Ensure that all mechanisms, Policies and procedures are in place
- OSH ACT - Emergency and disaster Preparedness
- Ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are in place and that staff are provided with the necessary training and mentoring on an ongoing basis
- Ensure quality systems of the SLA are implemented and monitored on an ongoing basis
- Ensure that I'm familiar with the penalty regime of the clients Deliverables and that of contractor/s Requirements are met and Company policies are adhered to
- Have good understanding of Contractual liabilities and contract law
- Ensure Compliance of all Service Level Agreements are met at Contract Level
- Assist Business Development and implementation with teams with commercial and financial services and aspects
- Management of the Waste area on site
